This Expert Consultation Workshop was jointly organised by the Vice Ministry of Mines and Energy of Paraguay and IRENA on 2 and 3 February 2021. The Workshop brought together renewable energy stakeholders to discuss challenges and opportunities for the development of renewables in the country.
As part of the technical support provided under IRENA’s Clean Energy Corridor of Central America (CECCA) initiative, the Agency held a training, in partnership with GIZ and in collaboration with the Regional Operator Entity (EOR) of Central America, for national power system operators and officials in the region.
IRENA provided a training on the IRENA FlexTool to all the interested stakeholders from the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
