Albania, Cambodia and Estonia signed the Statute

The IRENA community continues to enlarge. Today, the Chargé d´Affaires a.i. of the Embassy of the Republic of Albania, Mr. Gazmend Barbullushi, signed the Statute. IRENA´s Founding Treaty was also signed by the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia in Germany, H.E. Widhya Chem, and the Ambassador of the Republic of Estonia in Germany, H.E. William Mart Laanemäe. Mr. Thomas Meister, Head of Division for International Energy Policy at the German Federal Foreign Office, was present for the signings. IRENA now has 96 Signatory States and more states are expected to sign in the near future.
