Renewable Energy Outlook for Thailand

This workshop held on 24 January 2018 introduced the Thai audience to IRENA’s project facilitation toolkit designed for facilitating development and access to financing of bankable renewable energy projects.

The workshop launched the report Renewable Energy Outlook for Thailand (based on RRA and REmap analyses, by IRENA and the Thai Ministry of Energy), and broadened engagement with respective stakeholders — including governmental agencies, sub-national governmental authorities, industries, academic institutions, and the key development partners in the potential follow-up initiatives building on the key findings and recommendations in the report.
