The workshop focus was on completing the programme deliverables – complete model with 12 investment scenarios; full masterplan-style summary report; and executive summary document – and officially closing the work with the national team and steering committee.

The training course focus was on deepening expertise in modelling with the SPLAT-SN model, including updating the model, implementing scenarios to be analysed, and investigating model results.

The workshop aimed to facilitate knowledge sharing among government scenario practitioners on the challenges and benefits of involving diverse stakeholders in the development of long-term energy scenarios.
