The Singapore International Energy Week (SIEW), organised by Energy Market Authority (EMA) Singapore, is an annual platform for energy professionals, policymakers and commentators to share best practices and solutions within the global energy space. Singapore International Energy Week (SIEW) 2025 will convene global energy leaders to under the theme - “Envisioning Energy Tomorrow, Building Systems Today”. SIEW aims to facilitate the exchange of ideas and discussions on pertinent energy-related issues, as well as to provide a platform to showcase innovative products and solutions in the energy marketplace.

IRENA and Director-General Francesco La Camera will actively participate during SIEW 2025, including at the SIEW Summit, and will co-organise the Singapore-International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) High-Level Forum.

Director-General at SIEW Ministerial Dialogue - Advancing our Energy Future: Building Resilient and Interconnected Energy Systems

This strategic dialogue examines approaches to build secure, resilient, and people-centred energy systems through enhanced regional integration and cross-border power trade. The session features a presentation from IRENA Director-General Francesco La Camera, who will also speak as a panellist. The dialogue will also focus on strengthening pathways for regional energy cooperation.

Singapore-International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) High-Level Forum

Co-organised by Energy Market Authority (EMA) Singapore and IRENA, this annual platform gathers global leaders to discuss critical energy transition issues. The 5th edition of the Forum, under the theme "Partnerships for an Interconnected and Renewable Tomorrow", will focus on the following discussions; unlocking investment potential, enabling cross border energy trading, and building future-ready energy systems. During the Forum, IRENA will present a new initiative to facilitate the scale up of energy transition projects in Southeast Asian countries.
