The event will highlight the role of development banks and energy planning in attracting private investments in emerging markets and developing economies and is scheduled for Wednesday, October 2, 2024, 10:00 – 11:30 a.m. (UTC-3)

The side event will:

  • highlight the role of energy planning on the performance of energy policy goals, including energy transition.
  • discuss the benefits of a joint role between development banks and energy planning institutions.
  • explore lessons learnt from the Brazilian experience.
