Scaling-Up Renewable Energy in Mano River Union Region
The webinar will discuss opportunities and solutions to scale-up renewable energy adoption in the Mano River Union (MRU) region comprising Côte d’Ivoire, Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone. It is being organized in partnership with the MRU Secretariat and The Energy Nexus Network. Findings from a regional market study will be presented and set the stage for discussion among policy makers, financing institutions, private sector and development partners to share national and regional experiences, and actions needed to accelerate investments in the sector to meet energy and broader industrialization goals. Simultaneous interpretation between English and French will be available.
