The third edition of the biannual joint report Global Landscape of Renewable Energy Finance 2023 by the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) and Climate Policy Initiative (CPI) analyses the latest renewable energy investment trends in the period 2013-2020. The report also discusses preliminary insights from 2021-2022.

The key findings of the report was presented in the webinar on the 30th of March 2023. Presentations were delivered by IRENA and CPI to discuss renewable energy investment trends by technology, sector, region, source of finance, and financial instruments, as well as discuss how public financing needs to evolve to support regions and countries that have considerable untapped potential but find it difficult to attract investments. A Q&A session followed.
