Renewable Readiness Assessment Bhutan report launch

Together with the Department of Renewable Energy of the Ministry of Economic Affairs of Bhutan Government (DRE), IRENA launched the Renewable Readiness Assessment (RRA) for the Kingdom of Bhutan. The event brought together representatives of the Royal Government of Bhutan, development partners and interested stakeholders to share ideas on developing the renewable energy sector of the Kingdom.

The RRA was prepared in close consultations with national stakeholders, which provided their feedback during the Consultation and Validation Workshops.
