REmap: A Global Renewable Energy Roadmap, 2016 edition

The International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) launched the second edition of its global renewable energy roadmap, REmap, at the Berlin Energy Transition Dialogue. This second edition comprehensively updates the options available to significantly increase the share of renewables in the world’s energy mix. The REmap programme has also expanded to include in-depth country and regional reports, and specific efforts focusing on emerging technologies, trends and co-benefits that result from higher renewables deployment.
