REthinking Energy panel discussion: “Meeting the power needs of a growing world”

The International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) held a panel discussion with Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) highlighting challenges and opportunities for scaling up renewables in the power sector, the main theme of IRENA’s newly released flagship publication, REthinking Energy. The report analyses the transformation of the global power sector while reviewing progress in the transition to a sustainable energy future.
