However, following a judgment by Hamburg Regional Court (Landgericht), we must dissociate ourselves from the design and contents of linked pages in order to counter future compensation claims. In a judgment of 12 May 1998, Hamburg Regional Court (Landgericht) ruled that publishing Internet links may make a website owner liable for the content of the linked third-party web pages.
